Clun Forest fiber is considered a medium wool of the Down type. The staple length, elasticity of the wool, and the inability to wet felt the wool makes Clun Forest ideally suited to both the beginner and expert spinner or knitter alike.

 

The staple length makes it easy to spin, and the elasticity makes it an ideal knitting or crocheting yarn. As a result, Clun yarn produces beautiful knitted products such as socks, mittens, gloves, scarves and sweaters.
